DELIVERY

For each shipment the cost of the transfer is 4,90€ (delivery is free for orders over 50€ for orders within Thessaloniki).

In case you choose the procedure of cash on delivery there will be an extra charge 1,90€.

All above prices include VAT 24% and are valid only for the specific products and regions of Greece.

The delivery days and time is: From Monday to Sunday for delivery within Thessaloniki 9:00 to 20:00.

For shipments of products of larger size or inaccessible destinations the cost of transport is 11,90€ and the delivery days are Monday to Friday and hours 9:00 to 17:00, the next day after your order.

Each charge is automatically calculated in the shopping cart and will be added on the total payment amount of your order.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Cancellation and Returns Policy

Upon delivery of the product, the order form is signed by the recipient.
In case the recipient cannot sign the order form himself, the order form

sender alone, and inform our store on the very same day.
In that case the store undertakes to send a representative to check the product.
